Frequently Asked Questions & Resources

Are therapy sessions virtual or in person?

All therapy sessions are held virtually through a video platform. I am able to meet with clients if they are located in either Maryland or Massachusetts as I am clinically licensed in both of these states.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently in-network with Aetna insurance plans. If you have a different insurance plan or do not have health insurance, please reach out to learn more about pricing. I am also able to provide billing documentation to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

How do I make an appointment?

Please fill out the form in the “Contact” section to get in touch with me and inquire about scheduling. I can also be reached through my profile on Psychology Today.

When are you available?

My regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10am to 6pm. If I am out on vacation, I will provide an automated response through my email. I typically schedule sessions during my office hours; however, I intermittently have session availability later in the evenings and/or on Fridays.
